This lens is a real gem. It is very well built and an outstanding performer (especially from 80 mm to approx. 150 mm). You can find it on the used market here and there, but for a mint one you might have to pay over US$ 100.
One thing I noticed with this lens is, that on some samples you can focus it “beyond infinity”. This doesn´t hurt the performance of the lens at all, but you have to be careful when you shoot landscapes and want to focus on a distant subject not to focus the lens all the way to the end stop. |
